Blinded by All Might, All For One rebuilt his senses out of stolen parts. This unnamed Quirk reads the faint tremors moving through a space and hands its owner a picture of the world without any need for eyes.
The series never gives this ability a title, so Vibration Detection is a conjectural label applied for convenience. It is an Emitter Quirk of medium range, taken by All For One from a person whose identity is never revealed. Readers meet it in Chapter 356, adapted in Episode 148.
The power picks up faint vibrations rippling through the surrounding area and translates them into awareness. The result works much like echolocation: rather than seeing a room, the user feels its contents through the disturbances they create, which is enough to perceive the space and everything moving in it.
All For One is the only known holder aside from the anonymous original. He collected it as part of a deliberate rebuild after All Might's victory cost him his sight, stacking it alongside other sensory abilities such as Infrared so that the combination could stand in for the eyes he no longer had.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....

Vibration Detection is an Emitter Quirk of medium range that works like echolocation, translating faint vibrations in the air into a sense of the room and everything moving within it.
All For One took Vibration Detection, along with other sensory Quirks like Infrared, after losing his sight in his defeat by All Might, rebuilding his senses to compensate for his blindness.

Vibration Detection debuted in Chapter 356 of the manga and was adapted in Episode 148 of the anime.
