CharacterWater Control lets its owner command whatever water is within reach and reshape it into weapons. In Dozaemon's hands it becomes everything from claws sharp enough to tear a boat apart to heavy surges driven at a target, provided there is a source nearby to draw on.
Overview
This Emitter Quirk belongs to the villain Dozaemon and operates at long range, showing up in Chapter 15 and Episode 10. Its premise is straightforward: water in the vicinity answers to the user and moves as directed.
Mechanics
Direction is only half of it. The user also decides what shape the water takes, which is where the offensive variety comes from. Formed into edged claws, it carries enough cutting force to rip straight through a boat. Left as raw volume, it can be hurled forward as a battering torrent aimed at an opponent.
The obvious constraint is supply. The Quirk manipulates water rather than producing it, so without a body of it on hand there is nothing to work with.
