Scarring covers a great deal of him. Burn-like marks run across his face and body, and combined with his height they lend him a weathered, veteran look.

He dresses formally, in a dark suit over a brown-striped pink shirt, finished with a tie in matching brown. Electrified gauntlets or a taser are usually somewhere on his person. A yellow bolt of lightning cuts through his black hair, a pattern Denki Kaminari shares with the colors reversed.

Aggression defines him. He is loud, sure of himself, and impatient for a fight, and when the assault came he pushed for an immediate counterattack rather than continuing to wait on Tomura Shigaraki, announcing that the Liberation Revolution had arrived.

Fear does not appear to register. He dismissed the heroes' numbers as meaningless and promised to fight at his ceiling, which fits the narrow, total commitment he shows toward the organization's cause. He is also a smoker.

His rank as a leading adviser in the Brown regiment reflects genuine power. What he throws is difficult for most heroes to get clear of without a counter suited to it, which places him above the typical professional.

The power itself is conductive rather than generative. He draws electricity from an outside source, amplifies it inside his body, and releases it, which is why he keeps tasers on hand. He produces none himself, but by tapping several sources at once he can push his output to enormous levels. The obvious hole is that anything capable of absorbing or nullifying electricity shuts him down.

He proved both halves of that at Gunga Mountain Villa. Watching the heroes take ground, he told Skeptic they needed to escalate, then stepped up and fired Supreme Discharge: Thundernet, a broad blast drawn from a taser and aimed at several targets at once. Chargebolt swallowed the whole thing with Electrification. Amplivolt recognized him and set about outrunning his voltage limit, but Edgeshot arrived first and punched holes through his lungs with Thousand Sheet Pierce, after which Midnight put him under using Somnambulist. He was booked along with the rest of the front's roughly seventeen thousand fighters and remains imprisoned.
