Camie Utsushimi, hero name Illus-o-Camie, trained at Shiketsu High School and has since turned pro, serving as sidekick to Seiji Shishikura, who was her classmate at Shiketsu. Her Glamour Quirk breathes out illusions that fool eyes and ears alike, and Himiko Toga once wore her face to slip into the license exam.
Glossy, full lips rank among her more noticeable features, set in the face of a young woman of ordinary height with a curvy build. Her hair falls straight to just under the shoulders in light brown, and her eyes are large and dark brown.
Her Shiketsu uniform matches what every girl at the school wears, a white-collared shirt with a dark skirt, and she keeps the school's signature hat on whether in uniform or in costume. The costume proper is a black catsuit patterned with blended lines and unzipped a little way down the front, worn with white wrist cuffs, white heeled boots to the knee striped in grey, and a loose black collar plated in metal.
Eight years past the Final War she is taller and leaner. The costume is much the same minus the collar, her hair goes up in two messy pigtails, and her hat now resembles the Shiketsu one with additions, namely a gold target-shaped pendant at the front and white wing-like shapes jutting from the base of the brim.
Next to her Shiketsu classmates Camie reads as an ordinary teenager and a far less serious one. Being kidnapped and impersonated by the League of Villains to get an agent into the Provisional Hero License Exam barely seems to register with her afterward. Seiji Shishikura writes her off as a complete fool, while their teacher lands on bubbly instead. She is relaxed, blunt, talkative, and prefers her given name to her family name.
Flirting comes naturally, enough that Inasa Yoarashi credits her with magnificent interaction techniques. Her speech runs on trendy gyaru slang thick enough to lose most listeners. She likes children, and reckons a man who is good with them is attractive.
The airhead impression undersells her. At the remedial exams she raised the idea of using Quirks to win the children over rather than answering violence with more violence, then produced an aurora illusion unprompted that paired with the ice slide Shoto Todoroki and Inasa built and gave the kids something to enjoy. She is honest and sharper than she looks, telling Katsuki Bakugo plainly that he does better when he sets the loud and aggressive attitude aside. Her official guide profile calls her an uninhibited dummy and notes that Himiko chose her precisely because someone that scattered would be slow to work out what had happened, stalling the eventual investigation.
Little has been shown of how she fights or analyzes. She did make it to her second year at one of the country's top-tier hero schools, which counts for something on its own.
Glamour is her Quirk. She exhales a smoke-like substance and shapes it into illusions that register as both sight and sound. The area she can blanket is large, but nothing she makes lasts long.
Two Ultimate Moves are named. Doppelviber conjures the image of a specific individual. High-Key Mirage fills the sky with an aurora. She went on to fight through the Final War, taking part against All For One and against Himiko Toga and her doubles, and eight years later she had graduated, turned pro, and taken a sidekick post under Seiji.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Camie Utsushimi trained at Shiketsu High School, where Himiko Toga once impersonated her to sneak into the Provisional Hero License Exam. She went on to graduate, turn pro under the hero name Illus-o-Camie, and become a sidekick to her former classmate Seiji Shishikura.
Camie Utsushimi's Quirk is Glamour, which lets her exhale a smoke-like substance and shape it into illusions that fool both sight and sound over a wide area, though the illusions do not last long.
No, Camie Utsushimi and Himiko Toga are different people. Toga used her own Quirk to disguise herself as Camie and steal her identity in order to enter the Provisional Hero License Exam.
Camie Utsushimi's hero name is Illus-o-Camie, a nod to her illusion-based Glamour Quirk.
As a pro hero, Camie Utsushimi serves as sidekick to Seiji Shishikura, who was her classmate at Shiketsu High School.
