What stands out on him is reach: his arms are absurdly long and as thin as the rest of him. Brown hair spikes off a narrow head, and his build carries no bulk anywhere.

Yellow makes up his outfit, a shirt cut short enough to bare his midriff paired with matching trousers, while a separate black layer sheathes both his arms and legs. Two armor-like segments clamp around each arm. A white mask etched through with holes hides his face, and his kneecaps carry the same perforated look.

Almost nothing is on record. The one tendency he shows is a short temper once a fight stops going his way.

At the Unforeseen Simulation Joint he was among the villains who jumped Denki Kaminari, Momo Yaoyorozu, and Kyoka Jiro in the Mountain Zone. He came down on Denki while the student was busy electrocuting Hard Head, hauling a large boulder along to bludgeon him with. Kyoka's sound waves broke the rock apart mid-swing, but the fist still landed, and the impact left Denki electrocuted and knocked out. He was rounded up and arrested along with the rest of Tomura's recruits.

Beyond his Quirk, he shows more physical strength than his frame suggests, lifting and hauling around a fairly large boulder one-handed. The Quirk itself, unnamed in the manga and named only in the tie-in game The Strongest Hero, extends his arms outward to strike targets or take hold of things well beyond normal reach.
