Appearance

Ken looks like a block of cement given human shape, squared off evenly all over his body. Gray hair is gathered into a short ponytail, his lips curl upward, and his eyes stay shut nearly always, tiny on the rare occasions they open.

For hero work he wears a sleeveless brown suit striped in yellow, with shorts and an elongated collar, finished with gray shoes on yellow soles. Fighting Geten cost him a scar along his left forearm and left a plate fitted over his body's right side.

Personality

He is serious without being cold, and careful about the welfare of the people around him. He blocked Eijiro Kirishima from compromising All Might's identity, and wanted the Izuku Midoriya and Shoto Todoroki bout called off once Izuku's injuries turned serious enough to warrant it.

Put him in a fight and the nerve shows. Facing Geten while the Paranormal Liberation War raged, he said plainly that Pro Heroes stake their lives on the job. When the Front's lieutenant called him a dog of society, he answered that he would gladly be one if it meant protecting the people of Japan.

He is, by his own account, an All Might fan, despite carrying Pro Hero status himself. Like the rest of the U.A. staff he knows the secret identity and works to keep others from stumbling onto it, and he knows about the stomach wound and the limits it imposes, so he watches the man's health and tells him not to overdo it on the job. Round things appeal to him, which sits oddly against his own squared-off design, and he helped found an association devoted to the pursuit of perfect roundness.

Abilities

Cement lets Ken manipulate any cement-based material he touches, deforming it into whatever shape and size he wants and changing its appearance, with no apparent time limit. He typically plants his hands on concrete ground and raises multiple towering vertical slabs, one after another, and they absorb a considerable amount of punishment, as Rikido Sato and Eijiro found while struggling to break through his walls during the exam.

Recovery Girl names his Quirk one of the hardest to face among the U.A. faculty, and his handle on it reflects both his rank and his teaching post. He also instructs high school modern literature, which implies real command of the subject. During the Final Exams the faculty, Cementoss included, wore High Density Weights as a self-imposed handicap against their students.
