Class 1-B's resident ghost, Reiko Yanagi drifts through U.A. with a horror fan's sensibility and a power to match: Poltergeist, which lets her hurl objects at people without laying a finger on them. Eight years on from the Final War she holds the license, the career, and the hero name Emily.
The overall impression is spectral: bloodless skin, a thin frame, and a spine held oddly upright. A sharp swept panel of hair covers the entire left half of her face, while the rest sits as an unkempt silver pixie-bob that stops just short of the chin, dead straight throughout. Behind it are dark prussian-blue eyes kept half-closed, their lower lashes drawn to points, set beneath thin brows. Her mouth is small but rather full-lipped.
Her original hero costume is a light periwinkle kimono falling the length of her legs, with an enormous puffed hood bunched behind the neck and flared sleeves hanging past the wrists. A navy band with twin white stripes wraps her upper abdomen, the boots match the kimono and sit on flat dark soles, and a separate mask covers her lower face and the length of her neck.
After the timeskip her hair has grown out much longer and much sleeker. The kimono is now pure white with black trim and lengthy sleeves, worn with collared black boots and a pair of geta.
Reiko says little and shows less. She stands with her elbows tucked to her sides and her hands left dangling, a posture borrowed straight from every zombie and ghost illustration ever drawn, which suits her power neatly.
The horror theme is genuine taste rather than costuming. She hunts down frightening stories online for fun and regularly gathers her class for scary movie nights. That does not make her fearless: Neito Monoma ranting at Class 1-A unsettled her enough that she called him scary. She can be helpful too, serving as Itsuka Kendo's attendant for the U.A. School Festival beauty pageant, which points to a decent eye for fashion.
Her phrasing tends toward the cryptic. Calling Izuku Midoriya spooky required her classmate Nirengeki Shoda to translate for anyone unfamiliar with how she talks.
Poltergeist gives Reiko telekinetic hold over objects near her, capped at roughly the weight of an average person. Offensively she lifts several at once and sends them flying at a target at high speed.
She handles it well for a Hero Course student. Round five of the Joint Training Battle showcased how she works with others: Yui Kodai enlarged the debris she had floating so it was harder to dodge, Nirengeki Shoda made each impact land faster and hit harder, and the whole barrage came from a position the enemy could not pin down. Even with that stack of powers feeding one another, Ochaco Uraraka cut through the arrangement and beat her quickly. During the Final War she and Yui proved pivotal in helping Mt. Lady put a re-awakened Gigantomachia back down, feeding the giant Lurker enlarged floating weapons, a partnership that held until All For One overwhelmed the group.
Her read on opponents is sharp as well. With her team's match still pending, she called out Izuku Midoriya as the biggest danger on the field, citing how much his power, speed, and mobility had grown along with the long-range attacks he had recently picked up.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Reiko Yanagi's Quirk, Poltergeist, gives her telekinetic control over nearby objects up to roughly the weight of an average person, letting her lift several at once and hurl them at a target at high speed.
