CharacterAn Instant Villain out of the Vigilantes spin-off, Rikiya Eno spends his entire appearance as a giant ape wrecking the top of a tower, courtesy of Trigger. Captain Celebrity needed one punch to end it. The King Kong homage is not remotely subtle.
Appearance
Under the effects of Trigger he is a huge, rounded ape wearing black shorts.
Since that is the only state he is ever shown in, and his time on the page is brief, nothing is known about how he looks untransformed.
History
Rikiya turns up already injected with Trigger, causing chaos on top of a tower, when Captain Celebrity arrives and puts him down in a single blow. With that settled, the hero pivots to promoting the upcoming Naruhata Festival, helped by Ichimoku Samazu, Jube Namimaru, and his entourage scattering flyers around.
He reverted to normal at some point after the defeat. In the anime adaptation he was swapped out for a giant caterpillar, the same treatment Eiji Okameda got with a giant crab, and the caterpillar happens to resemble a classic Mothra larva.
