Rojiya Yonenaga

A large scar cut across Rojiya's left eyebrow. He was tall and carried himself with obvious physical presence, dressed in ordinary formal wear: a white suit over a blue blouse, with an overcoat bearing a star logo hanging from his shoulders.

Very little about him is recorded beyond a serious, composed manner. Two things were known among his associates: no amount of drink ever made him look drunk, and he collected manhole covers, which he then used as weapons.

As an executive of the Abegawa Tenchu Kai he commanded considerable respect within the organization, and the story went that he had walked through a storm of bullets with nothing but a cover to protect him. Drinking sake in a bar, Tetsu grumbles that their group has been formally classified as a villainous organization and grows angrier when Rojiya seems unmoved, but Rojiya tells him it changes nothing, since a man does not remake how he lives overnight simply because someone like All Might is watching. Once they finish, Rojiya takes a manhole cover with him, and Tetsu posts a subordinate to guard the open hole until police arrive.

The headquarters is later attacked by a lone intruder, the vigilante Stendhal. Four executives activate their Quirks to meet him. Tetsu, Haruhisa, and Soji attack together, forcing him into the air to evade, and Rojiya hurls his manhole cover with considerable force. Stendhal instead licks the blood he has taken from all four, paralyzing them with Bloodcurdle, and finishes the group with a single slash. Rojiya's unnamed Quirk granted greatly enhanced strength, making his right arm glow and throw off sparks whenever it was active.
