Shishido

The resemblance to a lion is the whole point. Shishido's brown hair grows long and spiky in a shape that reads as a mane, and his hero costume piles on a mass of golden fur, spikes bristling front and back arranged to look like fangs, with a black maw of exposed teeth completing the animal.

Hero League Baseball finally shows the rest of him. He stands taller than average and is heavily muscled. Under the rugged fur coat sits a fitted black top, and a brown hide is knotted at his waist with a clip suggesting a bear's paws. His turquoise jeans stop just above the knee. Tan gloves with spiked cuffs cover his hands, and golden fur lines the rims of his dark boots.

He lives up to the animal in his name: fiery, hot-blooded, and prepared to do whatever winning requires. His temper goes up fast, and once it does he reaches for force without a second thought. Real Steel found that out when Shishido drove him into the ground hard enough to split it, dropping the young hero into the resulting hole.

Underneath the pride and apparent arrogance there is real compassion. Watching Red Riot survive one of Gang Orca's pitches, he judged the kid finished and sent Tailman in as pinch runner, and he pointedly let every pitch go by during Tailman's turn, handing the other side a point. Then the fire came back, and he announced he could fight properly now that nothing was in the way.

The rivalry with Gang Orca gets shelved when the job demands it. The two are bitter rivals otherwise, always at each other's throats, but word of a bank robber escaping sent Shishido straight to the scene alongside him, and they worked together so smoothly that the villain went down almost at once.

Lion gives Shishido the power and the speed of the animal, and lets sharp claws slide out of his hands. His strength is immense: he has broken a bat on contact, thrown pitches that knocked out opposing batters, and hoisted Real Steel bodily before slamming him down. He moves and leaps accordingly, and he thinks quickly, working out unaided that the robber's truck would cross a bridge near the field and getting there first.

In the Endeavor Agency Arc, during U.A.'s second round of Hero Work-Studies, he takes on four interns: Nirengeki Shoda, Jurota Shishida, Rikido Sato and Mashirao Ojiro.

The Paranormal Liberation War Arc assigns him to the Villa Raid Team under Edgeshot, where he is seen going up against various Paranormal Liberation Front members.

He returns for the Final War, where the Heroes set a trap to draw All For One's forces out of hiding, warping onto the field and using the Troy system to catch villains and scatter them across Japan through more Warp Gates. Shishido lands at the Gunga Mountain Ruins to face an army of villains, while overhead Endeavor and Hawks engage All For One. The opening goes well, then collapses: All For One rewinds himself to his prime with the reverse-engineered Quirk-Destroying Drug, and Spinner frees Kurogiri, who brings Himiko Toga across from Okuto Island and Dabi across from Ground Zero. Himiko arrives wearing Twice's form and looses Sad Man's Parade, flooding the field with Doubles, and with Dabi's Blueflames burning half the battlefield Shishido orders the captured villains moved before they burn too.

Shiketsu High School's Hero Course students turn up as reinforcements, Inasa's Whirlwind sucking Himiko and every Double up into the sky, but All For One answers the counter-attack with a massive laser explosion and then flees, leaving Shishido and others behind against the endless swarm. Himiko escalates to Sad Man's Death Parade and then Sad Man's Legion, and the resulting ocean of clones swallows Shishido along with everyone else and decimates the nearby city. Ochaco Uraraka's Quirk Awakening bursts it open, floating everyone through contact; once she outlasts Himiko the Doubles disintegrate, and she sets the unconscious Heroes down safely.
