Toy-Toy

A hat built to look like a dog crowns the costume, its nose round and black, its eyes bulging. Under it, long light brown hair falls messily around eyes of the same shade, and Toy-Toy herself is young.

Fluffy pink covers everything else: a sleeveless crop top, a skirt to match, plus arm sleeves and boots. By the Jaku Hospital Raid the outfit had gone from grey to pink, gray gloves had been added, and the dog's eyes were recolored red with green irises.

She turns up at the U.A. Sports Festival with another Pro Hero in tow. Watching Katsuki Bakugo fight Ochaco Uraraka, she yells at him for toying with his opponent and joins the jeering, which runs until Shota Aizawa silences the crowd.

The Paranormal Liberation War sends her into Jaku General Hospital with the rest of the profession, and she helps bring down Chubs. When Tomura Shigaraki wakes from his death-like sleep and decays the hospital out from under everyone, Ryukyu carries her clear in Dragon form. The anime adds a later stretch of her fighting Nomu.

The anime also places her in the Final War, among the heroes warped to Mt. Fuji to back Deku in his fight against Tomura Shigaraki and the man wearing All For One's name.

Her Quirk has never been named or explained. What she is known for instead is analytical: she uses accumulated data to speed up search efforts, a specialty that fits the rescue-heavy work she keeps turning up in.

The anime muddies this slightly by showing her using some manner of lightning-based ability during the Jaku fighting, which the manga has not accounted for.
