Izuku, Eijiro, Ochaco, and Tsuyu head out for their placements and grow suspicious when every route runs the same direction. The Big 3 join them, and everyone converges on Nighteye's building alongside a crowd of professionals: Ryukyu, Fat Gum, Gran Torino, lesser-known names like Mr. Brave, Kesagiri Man, and Rock Lock, even Eraser Head. Nejire asks what is happening, and Ryukyu reminds her trainees they were folded into a special case. The subject is the Shie Hassaikai.

Nighteye's sidekicks recount how surveillance began after the incident with Team Reservoir Dogs and the yakuza's brawl against the League. Gran Torino, it emerges, is chasing the League end of it, and he tells Izuku he has waded into something foul. Rock Lock objects to students being in the room, arguing they are too slow to follow. Fat Gum shuts that down by revealing his trainees are already entangled, and that Tamaki took a bullet designed to wound Quirks.

Eraser Head explains the distinction: his own power suspends a Quirk without touching the Quirk Factor, while these rounds damage it directly. Tamaki's recovery over time suggests the weapon is still being refined. Nighteye ties the family to a wide criminal network already moving product, Trigger among it, and one of the villains Ryukyu's squad fought was juiced on exactly that. Fat Gum then delivers the ugly part: the bullets carry human blood and cells. Nighteye adds that the two students met Overhaul's so-called daughter with bandages wrapped up her legs, and the room understands. Both boys rise and swear the next encounter ends differently.

The plan is to spread the assembled heroes across every known Hassaikai property. Pinning down the girl's location and securing hard evidence must come first, or the yakuza will scatter. Eraser Head suggests using Foresight for a shortcut, and Nighteye declines, unwilling to watch someone's death arrive. The meeting breaks on that note, everyone committed to the search.

The U.A. students gather afterward, sickened by what they heard, until Aizawa arrives to tell them he genuinely believes they can pull her out. Nighteye and Gran Torino talk about Izuku privately, and Nighteye concedes the boy calls All Might to mind. Izuku steadies himself and resolves to bring Eri home. In her room, a new minder tries to lift her spirits, terrified he will be killed if she suffers or runs again. She lies crying, remembering a hand warmer than any she has known.

The heroes learn the Quirk-Destroying bullets are manufactured from human blood and cells, and connect them to Eri's bandaged condition.

Izuku and Mirio publicly commit to rescuing Eri, while Sir Nighteye refuses to use Foresight on the case for fear of witnessing a death.

A joint investigation of every known Shie Hassaikai property is agreed on, with the students of U.A. included.

Sixth episode of the fourth season, adapting the end of Chapter 134 through Chapter 136.

The anime expands several beats, among them Izuku naming more heroes on arrival, a visual aid in Centipeder's presentation, a flashback of Eri pleading with Izuku, and Mirio promising a rescue. Fat Gum's chair flying as he stands to defend the students is omitted.
