Might Tower

The building stands in Roppongi, part of Tokyo's Minato ward, and belongs to the man who was then ranked the No. 1 Hero. Luxurious and tall, it wears a large planet with dual rings at its peak. A statue of All Might occupies the top floor, and the roof carries a gate that opens to let him land. It first appears in the Vigilantes special Chapter 6+ Beta and in Episode 16 of that adaptation.

Security around him is absolute. His department sits behind the Might Gate, which admits nobody else at all. Several floors below is a cafe where he unwound after missions in his true form, taking seats by the windows so he could watch over the townspeople while he rested. An upper floor holds a meeting room where staff worked through his agenda, and he attended those sessions as Toshinori Yagi.

The tower serves as the operational hub of All Might's hero work, and Vigilantes uses it to show the private man behind the public one. Once Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi learned his secret and became an ally, the cafe turned into their meeting spot, a place to trade information about their separate activities without an audience.

Events tied to the building run from the Vinegar Riverbank Incident and All Might's war with All For One through the Pro Heroes' clash with Instant Villains during the Vigilantes Beginnings Arc, and on to the Sky Egg Bombing.

The globe on the roof is a wink at the Daily Planet, the newspaper building topped by a similar sphere where Clark Kent works.

Toshinori Yagi, All Might, controls the tower and everything in it. Naomasa Tsukauchi is not an employee but is the visitor most often seen inside, meeting All Might down in the cafe.

The remaining personnel are office staff who manage his agenda and public appearances, sitting down with him in the upper-floor meeting room.
