Function
Each unit is a bulky, rounded device with a blue tint, mounted directly onto the wearer's arm rather than held. Multiple ports along its surface push out jets of liquid cement, and the substance hardens almost the instant it touches something. Targets are not injured so much as buried, pinned in place by the sheer mass of the setting material.
