Detnerat built Re-Destro a suit that works against its wearer deliberately. His Meta Ability runs on frustration, so the armor pins and squeezes the man inside it, and the misery it manufactures is precisely the fuel that drives Stress past 150 percent of normal.
Claustro is the short name. The patent title Detnerat gave it runs much longer: a Burden-Amplifying Steel Pressure Mechanism, tagged Claustro. Rikiya Yotsubashi is the man it was built for, and the weapon turns up first in chapter 238 of the manga, then in episode 112 of the anime.
One wearer only: Re-Destro, who leads the Meta Liberation Army as its Grand Commander. Its job is to push Stress, his Meta Ability, to 150 percent of normal or higher. The parts are mechanized drones parked below ground. Summoned, they break the surface, converge on his hugely enlarged frame, and lock together into armor around him. He can scatter the pieces again at will and send them flying independently. Tomura Shigaraki wrecked the whole thing during their fight.
Nobody but Re-Destro wears it. The name almost certainly draws on claustrophobia, the terror of being shut into a space with no way out, which describes a man who seals himself inside a machine so the confinement will feed his power. Iron Man's Hulkbuster invites comparison too, since both are assembled from many parts kept out of sight until the moment they are called.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The name Claustro almost certainly draws on claustrophobia, the fear of being trapped in a confined space, fitting a suit that seals its wearer inside a machine so the confinement itself feeds his power.
Claustro is the short name for a suit of armor that the company Detnerat built for Re-Destro, formally patented as a Burden-Amplifying Steel Pressure Mechanism.
Claustro is made of mechanized drones stored underground that, when summoned, break the surface and lock together into armor around Re-Destro's hugely enlarged frame, and he can scatter the pieces again and send them flying independently.
Claustro is built to push Stress, Re-Destro's Meta Ability, up to 150 percent of normal or higher by deliberately pinning and squeezing him inside the armor.
Claustro was destroyed during Re-Destro's battle against Tomura Shigaraki.
