Chapter 268

A brief rewind opens the chapter. Taking a shortcut through the hospital, Endeavor runs across Crust struggling against a High-End whose regeneration refuses to quit. Eraser Head arrives promising to switch the creature's power off, Present Mic falls in beside them, and the flame hero pushes deeper into the building alone.

Back in the present, Endeavor drives his fist through layer after layer of bone inside a High-End's head. Aizawa warns him to hurry, since shifting his gaze between two targets costs a fraction of a second of erasure. Mirko, meanwhile, keeps slamming her leg into the capsule holding Tomura, certain from the instant she laid eyes on him that he must never wake. Kyudai Garaki screams at her to stop as the readout climbs to seventy-four percent.

The High-End called Woman pieces together that Aizawa's eyes are the source of her Quirk loss, since everything went dead the moment he appeared and he never laid a finger on her. She flees far enough to shake him, stabilizes, then blends Liquification with Rupture to spray the heroes with liquid shots. The distraction lets a Nomu seize Mirko, who answers with Luna Arc and cracks the tank further as Tomura reaches seventy-five percent. Endeavor launches himself clear with her in his arms while Garaki watches his machinery come apart. Mirko tells the flame hero to smash the capsule and put the doctor down, and the name carries to Aizawa and Present Mic, who now understand exactly what is at stake.

Woman finishes stabilizing and turns her full Quirk arsenal on the pro heroes.

Mirko's assault on Tomura's life support tank is broken up when a High-End hauls her away, and Endeavor pulls her out moments later.

The counter on Tomura's enhancement reaches seventy-five percent.

The chapter runs seventeen pages and appeared in Weekly Shonen Jump issue 20 of 2020 on April 13, collected in Volume 28. Episode 117 adapts it.

Eraser Head, Present Mic, Crust, Endeavor, and Woman share the cover. Events split between Jaku General Hospital and the Gunga Mountain Villa, the two fronts of the Paranormal Liberation War.

Mirko's duel with the High-Ends and Crust's fight with Chubs both wrap up here, while the wider clash between the Hospital Raid Team and the High-Ends begins.
