Chapter 415 tests whether the plan can be run twice. Tomura's will proves strong enough to throw the users back out, only En slips through the scar, and the battle becomes public as Mei Hatsume's drone puts it on screens across the country.
Charging in again, Deku hears Yoichi work out why the memories are mixing: One For All and All For One were already resonating hard, and Kudo's transfer pushed the process past a critical point. Yoichi reflects that his brother hunted the soul of One For All and never found it, however much power he piled up, because that soul sits with the users themselves. Now they face the ultimate villain, armored in malice and hatred, and stopping that calamity is why the chain of power was ever woven, and why they are here at all.
Imagery from the U.S.J. Incident surges through both minds as the two scream each other's names and Deku lands another point-blank punch. Only En breaks into the system and pierces the scar; everyone else is refused. Daigoro reasons that a will strong enough to steal them is easily strong enough to reject them, though En getting through proves Tomura cannot shut them out completely.
The giant fingers rapidly growing around Tomura tempt Deku, though reaching the body meant smashing past them on both attempts, and for transfer purposes they register as dead nails or plain grime. Then he catches a huge vision of Tenko walking beside someone, knows he is getting there, and resolves to keep trying as long as it takes.
The fight reaches the public through a drone flown by Mei Hatsume, running on satellite links and, she brags, holding up even with U.A.'s systems on the fritz. She built the thing earlier to talk to Deku about his Air Force Gloves, and since he is a client, watching him counts as better service. La Brava stays with her on the logic that the boy who got her beloved arrested only became more wonderful for it, so she means to back him as well.
U.A. itself is settling slowly into the ocean while Gentle and Cementoss walk everyone out of the building, and the Business Course students stare at the broadcast on their phones in shock.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
At the evacuation shelter the same footage plays for the civilians, and Ectoplasm turns to see Eri sprinting off toward something.
