Hibari Kamakura

Slim and striking, Hibari wears her purple hair long and loose, and her eyes are brown. A brown-grey dress makes up her outfit, finished with gold bracelets circling both wrists.

Hibari has a tendency to lose herself in her work, pouring so much into projects that her family sees too little of her. That drive, however, springs from devotion rather than neglect; she treasures those closest to her and will run herself ragged to keep them happy and safe.

A friendship between Hibari and Neon's mother first brought Neon and Osuka together, and when work began swallowing her days, Hibari asked Neon to look after Osuka. Widely admired on screen, she also has a surprising knack for research, having helped the Scientific Ninja Weapons Team fit drones with sensory functions. During the Kawaki and Himawari Academy period, her long absences pushed Osuka's resentment to a breaking point, made worse when she discarded her daughter's beloved pudding. After Osuka was abducted alongside Himawari and freed by Neon and Kawaki, Hibari rushed to embrace her, explaining that a mother thinks first of her child. She revealed that her recent disappearances owed to the very sensor work that let Neon track the girls down, and that the pudding had simply spoiled from sitting too long. Mother and daughter made peace over a shared bowl of it. Later she raced through her filming schedule to reach the Academy festival in time for Osuka's turn as the lead in a play about the Sannin.
