Appearance
Kiyoi is marked by a strong, sharply cut jaw, with brown hair framing dark eyes. A black strap runs down the right side of his head. He dresses in Kumogakure's usual field gear, pairing the village headband with a flak jacket and guards worn over his shins.

Loyalty defines Kiyoi. His allegiance runs deep to both the Yotsuki clan and Kumogakure, and he proves it by keeping his mouth shut under assault from Taka, choosing silence over giving up his comrades.
History
As Taka pressed toward the hidden whereabouts of Killer B, the Eight-Tails' host, they seized Kiyoi and tried to wring the information from him. When his refusal held firm, Sasuke Uchiha resorted to genjutsu, using the illusion to compel him to reveal what he knew.
