History
After the previous ruler, Ōwashi, died, Kōmei hoped to succeed him as daimyō of the Land of Birds, but the seat went elsewhere to head off any unrest. Trained with the sword and versed in the samurai code, he proves ready to end his own life by seppuku when circumstances seem to demand it. When suspicion falls on him as the force behind the Cursed Warrior, Naruto Uzumaki's group looks closer and clears his name. Disguised as the very Cursed Warrior, Naruto rescues him from execution, and the strategist repays the favour by guiding the group to the real story behind the haunting figure.
