Summary

When Akahoshi prepares to put Sumaru to death, Hokuto and the other youngsters step in to defend their home, exposing the sickness that the village's star has been inflicting on them. Confronted with the truth, the adults turn against Akahoshi as well. His attempt on Mizura's life erases any last shred of sympathy for him, and refusing to accept defeat, Akahoshi merges his body with the Star, sending his chakra spiraling out of control.
