Summary

Having blocked Sasuke's space-time dojutsu and surfaced a second time, Momoshiki savors his freedom. Sasuke gathers from his movements that Boruto's earlier wounds, the broken wrist among them, have been healed. Kawaki, holding to his vow with Boruto to be rid of their Kama, calls out to his friend and throws himself at Momoshiki, who dodges, soars up, and comes down to stab Kawaki through the back before Sasuke kicks the Otsutsuki aside.

Key Events

Momoshiki reveals that even with the Kama gone, the data it drew leaves Kawaki's body roughly eighty percent Otsutsuki and therefore a usable sacrifice for a God Tree; he means to feed Kawaki to Isshiki's Ten-Tails. Naruto struggles to rise, then loses consciousness. Sasuke presses the fight with sword, Amaterasu, and a Great Fireball, observing that Momoshiki refuses to absorb any jutsu, and reasons that topping up Boruto's chakra could bring him back. Momoshiki strikes Sasuke down with Boruto's own Vanishing Rasengan. Cornered, Kawaki self-immolates to force Momoshiki to absorb the flames rather than lose him, and as Momoshiki tries to teleport away with him, Boruto retakes control, breaks off Momoshiki's horn, and lets the Kama recede. The spent boys apologize to each other while Sasuke senses something is wrong with Naruto.
