Summary
Back at Ichiraku for a bowl of ramen, Naruto is caught off guard when a pair of Konoha shinobi ask him to sign an autograph, leaving him unsure how to react. Three days on, the Kage gather once more to plan how their villages might combine their strength for the fight ahead.
Their opening decision is to place Naruto and Killer B under permanent guard. Tsunade pushes back, arguing that both hosts would be priceless assets on the battlefield against Akatsuki, yet she ultimately yields to the group.
The two are shipped off to a hidden island within the Land of Lightning, the lone nation Akatsuki has never managed to infiltrate. Not long after landing, Naruto sees just how completely B commands the Eight-Tails and resolves to ask for guidance in bringing the Nine-Tails to heel.
