Chapter 100 of the Naruto manga opens the finals clash between Naruto Uzumaki and Neji Hyūga, as the underdog tries to slip a decoy trick past his cousin's all-seeing eyes during the Chūnin Exams.
Naruto launches the bout by summoning a handful of shadow clones and swarming Neji from angles that should sit outside his vision. Even so, Neji cuts every duplicate down with ease. He urges his opponent to quit, insisting that destiny sorted the two of them at birth: Naruto was doomed to fall short, while Neji himself was marked for glory.
Refusing to concede, Naruto pours out a second, larger wave of copies. This time Neji lets the crowd of duplicates pass and fixes on a single figure hanging back beyond his striking range, reasoning that the genuine ninja would keep his distance. He strikes at that lone target, only for it to burst apart. The real Naruto, tucked inside the pack of clones the whole time, lunges at Neji's exposed back.
Neji shreds Naruto's opening batch of clones without difficulty and lectures him on fated failure versus predestined success. Naruto answers with a bigger clone assault, baiting Neji into attacking a decoy that dissolves on contact. Hidden among the duplicates, the true Naruto emerges to counterstrike Neji from behind.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
The chapter belongs to the Chūnin Exams arc and centers on the running theme of fate versus effort that defines the Naruto and Neji rivalry. It highlights Naruto's growing tactical use of the Shadow Clone Technique as misdirection rather than raw numbers.
