With the Six Paths of Pain scattered across the Hidden Leaf, a young genin refuses to run while Chōji sprints across the ruins carrying urgent news to the village's leader. This chapter pulls the defenders back together just as the invasion's commander turns toward Tsunade.
Ebisu begs his student to flee, but Konohamaru will not abandon the fight and squares off against the Naraka Path on his own. Elsewhere in the village, Leaf shinobi trade blows with the other bodies of Pain as the attack spreads block by block. Racing through the wreckage, Chōji finally reaches Tsunade and delivers grim reports: what became of his father, the death of Kakashi, and everything he witnessed of the Deva Path's gravity manipulation. The Hokage answers his worst fear by telling him that Chōza has survived, and the relieved boy hurries off to find him. Moments after Chōji departs, the Deva Path steps forward to face Tsunade directly.
Konohamaru rejects Ebisu's plea and commits to battling the Naraka Path himself. Chōji locates Tsunade and briefs her on the invaders' abilities and the casualties among the defenders. Tsunade reveals that Chōza is still breathing, sending an overjoyed Chōji away to reunite with him. His exit clears the stage for the Deva Path, the leader of the assault, to confront the Fifth Hokage.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
The installment is the 427th chapter of the series, collected in volume 46 during the Pain's Assault storyline. Its title should not be confused with the similarly named Shippūden anime episode, which covers a different point in the plot.
Konohamaru refuses to flee and fights the Naraka Path alone, while Choji races through the ruined village to warn Tsunade about the devastation of Pain's invasion.
Choji reports to Tsunade on what happened to his father, on Kakashi's death, and on the Deva Path's gravity manipulation abilities, and Tsunade replies that Choza has actually survived.
After Choji leaves to reunite with his father, Choza, the Deva Path steps forward to face the Fifth Hokage, Tsunade, directly.
Despite Ebisu's pleas to flee, Konohamaru will not abandon the fight and instead squares off against the Naraka Path on his own.
