The Jinchūriki of the Village of Konoha

Away from the fighting, Sasuke breaks free of a base at the Mountains' Graveyard, while Jūgo and Suigetsu, having slipped past the samurai guarding them, talk over Sasuke, Karin, and Suigetsu's wish to gather the famed blades as they make for one of Orochimaru's other lairs. At the war front, Naruto cautions Guy and Kakashi about what Tobi is capable of before the reanimated jinchūriki resume their assault.

Guy tears Naruto out of the coral trapping him, and the freed Five-Tails immediately turns against its handler, only for Tobi to leash and calm it with chains and his Sharingan, much to the beast's disgust. When the Eight-Tails tries to crush him, Tobi phases through the blow untouched and reverts Han to a partial transformation. Watching this, the two Konoha veterans suspect Tobi's grip on the beasts is incomplete.

Overhead, the Nine-Tails goads the Eight-Tails to hurry and settle the fight, ranking the beasts by their number of tails before pretending to doze off. The Eight-Tails throws the insult back, noting that this exact arrogance once earned the Nine-Tails Shukaku's hatred. Guy and Kakashi work out that Tobi withholds the Six Paths of Pain abilities because they already have counters for them, so he instead forces Rōshi and Utakata into full beast forms as the Four-Tails and Six-Tails. Slipping from his chakra cloak and nearly swallowed, Naruto steadies himself back into his Nine-Tails Chakra Mode while the fox quietly opens a single eye.

The cover art shows the allied jinchūriki gathered together, an image the anime later revisits inside Killer B's dream under the Infinite Tsukuyomi; the costumes worn here were also sold as downloadable content for several console games. The installment carries the title Konoha no Sato no Jinchūriki and ran as chapter 567 in volume 60, part of the Fourth Shinobi World War: Climax arc, first printed in Japan on January 15, 2012.
