Anything the wielder produces can be driven into a target to remake that person from the inside out, all the way down to their genes. Emporio Ivankov consumed the fruit at some point after the God Valley Incident, and the ability became the machinery behind his renown as the so-called Miracle Person. Since a body can be rewritten along almost every axis, the range on hand feels close to boundless. A subject's sex, core temperature, skin color, growth, endurance, and even their emotional state can each be turned up or down. The snag is that the chemistry runs strong enough to rebound, and leaning on it too hard invites genuinely deadly outcomes. In every other respect the eater still bows to the usual seawater handicap that grounds all Devil Fruit users.

To deliver a dose, Ivankov hardens his fingers into needle-tipped injectors and stabs the formula straight into a recipient, himself included. A burst of adrenaline keeps an exhausted ally swinging, while enlarging a body part amplifies an attack, which is how Ivankov balloons his own head to supercharge his Hell Wink. Flipping someone's sex is also fair game, turning a man's frame supple and springy so blunt strikes barely register. Healing formulas exist too, unlocking the immune system to drag a poisoned or diseased victim back from the brink.

None of this comes cheaply. The healing route is agonizing and slow, dragging on for hours or days, so only the strongly willed pull through, and a serious cure can shave years off a person's lifespan. The signature techniques showcase the range: Emporio Onna Hormone rewrites a male into a female, an unnamed male variant does the reverse, Emporio Chiyu Hormone supercharges recovery, Emporio Tension Hormone floods the body with adrenaline at the cost of later nausea, and Emporio Ganmen Seicho Hormone swells the face to giant proportions.

Emporio Ivankov is the sole wielder, and the fruit defines both his combat style and his legend. He treats gender as a plaything, swapping forms alongside his ally Inazuma, and the Newkamas of Impel Down's hidden level have reportedly all switched sexes under his influence. In battle the same powers make him stubbornly hard to put down, letting him trade blows with Magellan and Akainu yet bounce back thanks to self-administered healing and tension hormones. His most famous save was reviving Luffy after Magellan's poison, a cure that would have drained ten years had Luffy's will not been strong enough.
