A newkama who climbed to the rank of deputy commander within the Revolutionary Army's G Army, Inazuma works as the trusted right hand of Emporio Ivankov. Wielder of the Choki Choki no Mi, Inazuma played a key part in the breakout from Impel Down and the war at Marineford.
Inazuma's look shifts with current gender, yet the core design holds steady either way. The hair and clothing are split down the middle, orange on one half and white on the other, and a scar shaped like a lightning bolt runs across the forehead and over the right eye. A wine glass is almost always present in the left hand, kept there even mid-combat and while the Devil Fruit power is active, and the free hand tends to stay extended and flat. In male form the glasses rest over the eyes and the jaw and frame look squared off; in female form the glasses sit pushed up onto the forehead, the build and jaw soften into rounder shapes, and the scar drifts toward the right side of the head.
The two forms carry sharply different temperaments. As a man, Inazuma stays composed, grave, and nearly without expression, showing feeling only at pivotal moments, such as relief at believing Ivankov had survived Magellan and alarm on grasping the defeat. As a woman, Inazuma turns warm and bright, a clear reversal of the male demeanor. Notably, neither form carries the flamboyant flair common to most okama in the series. Whatever the gender, loyalty to Ivankov dominates, and Inazuma generally holds still until handed an order.
As a deputy commander, Inazuma carries real weight inside the Revolutionary Army, ranking within the G Army just under Ivankov. The combat skill is considerable: Inazuma fights without abandoning that jaunty stance or the wine glass, and although the Devil Fruit leads the way, Inazuma also throws capable strikes, once booting a member of the savage Wolf Unit clear across a room, with even Level 6 inmates praising the talent. The power draws on the Choki Choki no Mi, which is a fruit of the Paramecia class that turns parts of the body into scissors able to slice through any solid material, stone and metal included, after which anything cut can be handled as freely as paper. Beyond attacking with the blades directly, Inazuma reshapes the battlefield, shearing staircases to block pursuers, slicing the ground into strips to hurl at foes or stand upright as a shield, and laying a strip across a gap to form a bridge. During the Impel Down break Inazuma sealed off pouring sleeping gas by cutting floor slabs over the opening, picked the locks freeing Crocodile and Jinbe, and later carved a walkway at Marineford so Luffy could reach Ace's platform, all while serving as Ivankov's devoted second.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
