Classed as a Paramecia and sitting outside the story's canon, this fruit first surfaced in the 2016 Premier Show stage production. Whoever eats it gains the label Heat Wave Human, since the ability revolves around conjuring blistering surges of thermal energy. Wilder stands as the only character on record to have consumed it. Fittingly, the meaning attached to the fruit's name points straight at the idea of scorching heat, and it belongs to a broader family of heat-granting powers that also counts the canon Mera Mera no Mi and Netsu Netsu no Mi among its relatives.

Potent by design, the power lets whoever wields it roll out waves of punishing heat to bear down on a rival. That output climbs higher when the right gear enters the picture. Wilder, for instance, channels his surges through a Basho Fan, an implement that scatters and boosts each blast at once. Pushed far enough, the released heat grows destructive to the point of setting a whole island crumbling. Nothing sets this fruit apart in terms of frailty, so its holder simply carries the ordinary vulnerabilities shared by every Devil Fruit eater.

Wilder remains the fruit's single practitioner. Against the Straw Hat Pirates he leaned on repeated heat surges, grinding them down toward capture while sweeping the Basho Fan to widen and strengthen the assault. When the crew backed him into a corner, he turned the ability on Promise Land itself in an attempt to raze it. The move he is known for, Ikazuchi Neppa, discharges an especially ferocious wave, one violent enough to leave Promise Land collapsing, and it made its first appearance during that 2016 stage show.
