Desunen is a stout figure topped with blond hair and a trimmed black mustache. A nose that runs somewhat long and tapers to a point sits on his face. His standing as a noble shows in his refined white attire, finished with a yellow cravat.
He embodies the rot common among privileged nobles, behaving with cruelty and thinking only of himself. In his view, anyone lacking noble blood amounts to garbage. Toward Zurako he is warm enough, though that affection took the form of indulging her and feeding her the same heartless convictions he holds, including the idea that those dwelling in Gray Terminal merit death for their low birth.
While Gray Terminal went up in flames, Desunen stood with his daughter and explained that the people being consumed by the fire were worthless and deserved to die, all because they had not been born into nobility. Beyond the comforts of his rank, he commands no special ability.
