As the woman who raised Koza, she comes across as a warm and caring mother.

Her single moment on screen falls inside Vivi's flashback, where she calls out to a young Koza to come in for a meal. What became of her afterward is left unresolved. She never turns up alongside Toto in Yuba, offers no visible support to her son, and is absent for the remainder of the Arabasta events. Surviving the desert long enough to raise Koza speaks to her resilience in such a harsh land.
