Ban Dedessinée

Dedessinée presents as a poised, elegant woman whose short silver-blue hair is parted to one side and tucked beneath a spotless white headscarf that frames her face. Her almond-shaped eyes are light blue, edged by long lashes and slim, sharply drawn brows, while a bold purple lip color sets off the cool palette of her hair and eyes. Fair-skinned, with high cheekbones and a defined jaw, she carries finely cut features. Her dress favors a crimson coat with a high collar, the folds of the headscarf reading almost like a stately white cravat, and for the Levely she added gold-rimmed sunglasses tinted amber.

Her temperament remains mostly a mystery, though she gives the impression of someone who prefers to settle matters with brisk efficiency.

Ruling a country aligned with the World Government, Dedessinée is one of the select monarchs cleared to sit at the Levely, which lends her some voice in questions affecting the world at large. Her talents reach into the arts as well, and her paintings and writings have earned acclaim around the globe. Ahead of the council she joined the rulers assembling at Mary Geoise, and at the opening session she settled in at King Riku Doldo III's right hand. When she heard that Ham Burger would serve as chairman, she concluded the gathering would run smoothly.
