Summary

Arabasta cheers as the Nefertari family sails off, escorted by a Marine ship under Hina, now a Rear Admiral. From the crow's nest Vivi savors the sea breeze while her attendants fret. Cobra, growing frail and confined to a wheelchair, refuses to turn back, determined to question the World Government about the poneglyphs and his own family's distant founder.
