Beak Remark

Heading into middle age, Remark has tanned skin and gray hair pulled up into a topknot. Thick dark brows sit beneath round-lensed black sunglasses pushed up over his forehead, and a thin stubbled mustache lines his lip. His working outfit pairs a white t-shirt with a red towel draped at the neck, blue trousers marked with turquoise fish, and brown shoes.

Remark comes across as warm and good-hearted. He agreed without fuss to take Zoro out fishing when the swordsman asked, and his kindly streak surfaced again in the real concern he showed after seeing Zoro stumble aboard a pirate vessel by mistake.

Working at his stall, Remark was approached by Zoro, who asked to join him fishing. He said yes and pointed the swordsman toward his boat to wait. Arriving at the shore, though, he found Zoro had climbed onto a pirate ship instead and fallen asleep on its deck. He called out, but the vessel had already been coated and it sank below the surface. A while afterward, Sanji came by asking what had gone on, and Remark told him the whole tale.
