Bismarck

Encased almost entirely in blue armor worn beneath a green jacket, Bismarck cuts an imposing figure across the whole of his body. His frame is tall and lean, set on broad shoulders, and his face is sharply angled. A blue mask covers the lower half of his head and props up a shock of spiky red hair.

A devoted Marine, Bismarck lives by the doctrine of Absolute Justice, and he shows no hesitation about turning his blade on Asuka Island's residents when his orders demand it. His will, however, proves brittle, which is why the Shichiseiken claims him so easily. He treats Saga with deep respect as his commander, and he is eager to sharpen his own swordsmanship, even inviting Zoro to spar and train with him.

Before the events of the film, Bismarck and other Marines attached themselves to Saga's dojo, where the cursed sword bent them to its purpose and drove them to menace Asuka Island. He is a cut above the ordinary Marine soldier, capable with his blade and placed high enough in the dojo to have subordinates of his own, though his armor leaves his head exposed as its one gap.

When Saga's thrown knife lured Zoro into the forest, Bismarck met the pirate hunter alongside Toma and Boo Kong and brought him to the dojo. Acting on Saga's commands, he marched Zoro and his men into the village to seize the orbs, cutting down Lacos when the latter shielded Maya and Izaya, then declaring the dojo's rule over the islands and banning their rituals. Afterward he descended with Saga and Zoro into the chasm beneath the dojo and watched the orbs dropped into it, expressing an interest in sparring with Zoro down the line.

During the climactic battle Bismarck was posted to guard the Komon tower. Sanji broke through his subordinates and finished him with a kick to the unprotected head, the only spot his armor did not cover. Zoro's defeat of Saga released Bismarck and the others from the blade's grip.
