Snatched from his home island and held on Punk Hazard, Biyo is one of the children Caesar Clown subjected to gigantification experiments. Enlarged far past a normal kid, he is set free by the Straw Hat Pirates along with the rest of the captive youngsters.
Caesar Clown's gigantification has left Biyo an oversized child, towering well beyond his real age. A single tuft of dark hair rises from the top of his head.
Timid and easily scared, Biyo carries himself like a frightened young boy. He warms to the Straw Hats and willingly follows them out of the Biscuits Room, but once the NHC10 drug's withdrawal sets in, his manner turns hostile.

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
Being enlarged makes him tougher than a typical child, though beyond that strength he displays no special powers. He once lived alongside his parents on an island until Caesar Clown ordered his abduction for gigantification experiments. On Punk Hazard he first appeared describing to Nami and Chopper how the children had wound up there, telling them they were sick and that recovery would take a year. As the drug's side effects bit into him, he grew frantic and chased Mocha to wrench her candy away. Once Mocha gulped down the entire supply and overdosed, the other children began doubting why the sweets caused such agony, which left them open to a sedative from Chopper. After Caesar fell, the powers of Trafalgar Law's Ope Ope no Mi cleared the NHC10 and every other harmful substance from the children, and the SAD Tanker carried them homeward, the plan being for Vegapunk to shrink them back to size. Later, riding with the G-5 Marines, the children heard from Tashigi that a meeting with Vegapunk lay only days away.
