Mocha

Caesar's gigantification left Mocha far bigger than any ordinary child, with a head that sits oddly large against her frame, wide purple eyes, and tangled black hair. Inside the Biscuits Room she wore a plain white sleeveless dress, later adding a coat once Kin'emon conjured warm clothing for the children. A photo kept by her mother shows her at a normal size in a flower-patterned dress with a backpack. By the time she reached G-14 she had shrunk considerably, though she remained large, and had changed into a checkered dress.

Mocha is by nature a shy child, frightened even by Kin'emon's severed head, and she grows fond of Nami, whom she calls 'Big Sis', and Usopp, her 'Big Brother'. Beneath that timidity lies real determination and devotion to her friends. She pleaded with the Straw Hats over and over to free the children, and once she learned the truth of Caesar's experiments she proved astonishingly brave, swallowing the drug-laced candy to shield the others despite the grave internal harm it caused her.

At six years old Mocha was taken from her mother after Caesar Clown convinced the children they were sick and had to stay to keep their parents safe, weeping a fabricated story about losing his own son to the same disease to win their trust. Kept in the Biscuits Room on Punk Hazard, she and the others received their supposed treatment, which was in truth gigantification and regular doses of the addictive drug NHC10 in candy form.

When the Straw Hats found the children, Mocha begged Nami for help and warned her and Chopper about the corpses in the frozen hall. As withdrawal set in, Usopp gassed the children to sleep and the crew chained them for safety. Mocha later broke free under NHC10's influence and attacked Nami and Usopp before leaving with Caesar, yet she alone resisted the drug's full grip. Chopper rescued and sedated her, and having gained some resistance she helped guard the candy to keep the berserk children from it. Learning from Chopper that the candy would eventually kill them, she fled with the entire batch as the maddened children chased her, then swallowed all of it to keep it from them, suffering a severe overdose. Sanji and the G-5 Marines arrived in time to subdue the others and carry her to Chopper, and Law's surgery ultimately healed every child. She recovered fully by the time of the celebration. Later brought to G-14, she happily told Tashigi how much she had shrunk.
