Few men on the crew rival Blenheim's bulk, which approaches that of his captain. Strong enough to sling a grown adult across one shoulder, he sports a wide mouth, narrow eyes, sharp cheekbones, and slim curved brows above a downturned nose. A braided ponytail of dark hair trails behind him, paired with a gray beard and visible chest hair. He favors a gray vest, yellow armbands, and loose pants stuffed into boots, with his captain's emblem inked in purple across both shoulders. Decades earlier his beard was black, and further back still he went clean shaven with a shorter braid.

Steadfast toward Newgate and the crew, Blenheim gambled his own survival on the rescue at Marineford. Where some comrades wear every feeling openly, he tends toward restraint, and crises tend to draw out fury rather than panic or sorrow, as when Squard drove a blade into their captain. He drops that guard for happier turns, throwing his arms up to celebrate Ace's release, yet sank into grief upon hearing Newgate declare the island his final stand. The reaction shows a man who buries emotion rather than lacking it.

His past with the crew reaches back to the era when they crossed paths with the Roger Pirates, a three day brawl that thawed into an exchange of gifts, with Blenheim raising a toast to Donquino. He also lingered in the background of the Moby Dick when Shiki visited Newgate after escaping Impel Down. At Marineford he charged across the frozen bay carrying a crewmate, helped push Luffy past Kizaru, and seethed as Squard wounded their captain. After Luffy and Galdino cut Ace loose, he cheered beside Kingdew and Jinbe, then listened in shock to Newgate's last declaration. Tasked with lifting the unconscious Jozu to the escape ship, he witnessed Akainu run Ace through, joined the commanders blocking the admiral from Luffy, and stood down once Shanks and Sengoku ended the conflict. A year on, the survivors lost the Payback War to Blackbeard's crew and vanished into hiding.
