Brindo

Brindo nearly duplicates his twin, separated mainly by a red shirt and the blue heart tattoos inked on both arms. He is a muscular figure with brown hair, a slim mustache, and a thin beard tracing his chin. His outfit pairs the red, white-collared shirt with a yellow tie bearing the Accino Family jolly roger, white trousers, a black belt marked by a pink heart, and white cuffs at the wrists.

Cocky and full of himself, Brindo looks down on opponents as beneath him, though he did concede Luffy's bounty was worth chasing. Family means everything to him: he reveres his father, adores the Accino clan, and leans heavily on his twin brother, eager to carry out his father's every wish. He sneers at the Phoenix Pirates as weak and never misses a chance to say so. Admitting fault is not in him; when he and his twin simply slipped on ice, they blamed Luffy for a dirty trick. His personal laugh runs "Boh ho ho ho."

For all his bulk, Brindo moves with surprising agility, dodging Luffy's blows and leaping high into the air. His signature asset is Combination Play, a paired technique he shares with Campacino: Brindo glows red and is magnetically pulled toward his blue-glowing brother, and by flipping either glow they can instead repel apart. The twins use it to cross great distances or gain leverage in a fight, and despite appearances it is no Devil Fruit power but a natural quirk of being twins. During the Ice Hunter Arc he boarded the Phoenix Pirates' ship, clashed with Luffy, tired himself trying to evade every punch before getting hit and captured, then teamed with Campacino in vain on the slippery ice. At Lovely Land he finally faced Luffy alone and was defeated, to his brother's shock.
