Appearance

Camael has a long face dominated by a bluish nose and thick lips, with black hair grown long and tied up in the noble opener fashion. As with every Celestial Dragon, he is dressed in a bulky white suit adorned with medals and sealed inside a resin bubble that feeds him air kept separate from the breath of commoners. A pair of small blue spectacles rounds out his look.

Personality

Camael's character is largely a blank, though the oxygen bubble he insists on wearing hints that he holds little regard for anything beyond Mary Geoise. He has a nervous tic that makes him jerk his head over and over while producing a repetitive sound, and he stretches out the word "eh" at the end of his sentences in the same twitchy rhythm.

Abilities

Standing above World Government law like all World Nobles, Camael may act however he wishes and can call down an Admiral the moment he is attacked. The weight of that status was such that when Usopp impersonated him, he managed to bully Gran Tesoro's guards into obeying his every command. Camael came to the casino city to collect a Heavenly Tribute, moving through one of the main hotel's rooms with his companion First Lady, another young Noble girl, an enslaved attendant, and his guards, passing close to where Carina, Nami, Sanji, and other Straw Hats were hidden. When the Marine fleet arrived to assault Gran Tesoro, he and his entourage withdrew to safety aboard their ships.
