Caroline

Caroline is a hefty, middle-aged okama whose face carries strong, chiseled lines. The royal getup includes a red wig and a gold crown over tied-up hair, a formal blue gown fitted with fake breasts, stockings in white, dark blue slippers, and a pink masquerade mask. For fighting, Caroline switches to a long, frilly purple dress and lets the hair fall loose.

Arrogant and relentless, Caroline simply will not accept a refusal, badgering Sanji no matter how much he suffers. Like the island's other okama, Caroline turns ruthless and forceful when pushing to convert a newcomer, and shows deep loyalty to Ivankov, even borrowing his habit of addressing subjects as candies.

Claiming the title of stand-in grandmaster of Newkama Kenpo, Caroline backs it up with monstrous strength, halting one of Sanji's kicks using nothing but a finger and thumb. Caroline also moves with blinding speed, vanishing from Sanji's view mid-fight. When Sanji landed on Momoiro Island, he was drawn into the castle and agreed to battle the island's strongest okama under Kamabakka rules, with victory promising his freedom. Forced to dress as an okama during the duel, he saw his finest kicks deflected, and Caroline, seizing on his embarrassment, eventually turned him into a full okama. After Ivankov returned and set Sanji the trial of beating ninety-nine Newkama Kenpo masters for their Attack Cuisine recipes, Caroline was among them, finally surrendering a recipe once Sanji cooked a dish too good to deny.
