Known as the Demon Lady, Amande oversees Nuts Island as Totto Land's Minister of Nuts and ranks among Big Mom's crew officers. A snakeneck hybrid wielding a famed nodachi, this cold, sadistic swordswoman backs the villains throughout the Whole Cake Island Arc.
The first thing that registers is her colossal hat, its brim roughly threefold her own size, which leaves her face shadowed much of the time. Underneath she is tall and gaunt, her skin almost colorless and her hair a pale blue curling at the ends. Being part snakeneck, she has a lengthy neck, stiffer and shorter than those of her half-siblings Mascarpone and Joscarpone, marked by a tattoo of one stripe above two hearts. Heavy lips, sunken green eyes, and a tiny flat nose finish a melancholy face that usually holds a lit cigarette at one corner. She favors a vertically striped blue dress, a red waist sash, and hooped earrings.
Habitually stoic and frosty, Amande keeps her face blank yet can be plenty expressive in speech. Her devotion to Big Mom is absolute: she carries out any assignment without hesitation and feels nothing about killing. A vein of cruelty cuts deeper still, since she insists a quick death is meaningless and would rather slice a victim at agonizing slowness, as she did to the homie Kingbaum while he begged. Even so, she shows attachment, trying to talk her mother out of wrecking Nuts Island and moving to save Brûlée when her sister cried for help.
Amande was born forty-seven years ago as the second of four sororal quadruplets to Big Mom and a snakeneck father, placed after Mondée and before Hachée and Effilée, making her the family's third daughter and seventh child. As Minister of Nuts she governs Peanuts Town and can send the Tarteships of her island into battle, while her officer rank lets her direct the crew's lesser members. Her name carries weight: the Germa princes Niji and Yonji rated her a heavyweight of the huge crew, and she once slaughtered a wall of armored knights while gathering eggs for the bridal cake. Her blade is Shirauo, a high-grade Famous Blade nodachi she handles left-handed, forceful enough to split Kingbaum's giant trunk and even Perospero's rock-hard candy barrier. Through the arc she marched with the army that descended on Luffy after Cracker's loss, survived the Chateau's collapse thanks to Streusen's cake, and later lashed at Luffy on Nuts Island as he slipped out of the Mirro-World holding Brûlée.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
