Twin sister to Brûlée and one of Linlin's daughters, Broyé holds officer rank in the Big Mom Pirates and rules Milenge Island as Totto Land's Minister of Meringue. She stands opposite the Straw Hats through both the Whole Cake Island and Wano sagas.
Broyé carries a fairy-tale princess look: a youthful face with light brown eyes, a slender little nose, a narrow waist, and short pink hair parted into four locks. Her gown rises into a tall, fluffy white collar; its yellow bodice is scooped at the neck, a white peplum curves down at the hips, and the pale beige skirt below is edged with three rows of roses. A floor-length green cape lined in pink trails behind her, elbow-length white gloves cover her hands, a golden crown rests atop her head, and a long-handled sword in a black sheath hangs at her side.
Only faint strokes of Broyé's character are known, but her part in the plan to kill the Vinsmokes marks her as devoted to crew and kin. The thought of how Big Mom might react after Mother Carmel's photo was destroyed left her plainly frightened.
As Minister of Meringue she governs Milenge Island, while her officer rank places lesser crew members under her authority, and she is shown with a sword on several occasions. At the wedding of Sanji and Pudding she took part in the assassination plot and worried about her mother's reaction once Brook shattered Carmel's portrait. She then joined the siege on the alliance, watched Katakuri block Caesar's escape, and slipped into the Mirro-World beside Brûlée, Perospero, Daifuku, and ten thousand Chess Soldiers to await orders. Her final appearance in the arc placed her aboard the Queen Mama Chanter chasing the Thousand Sunny and battling the Sun Pirates. She afterward followed Big Mom to Wano, fell when King knocked the ship off the waterfall, and watched her siblings weigh their options with their mother gone; a renewed climb on the Fire Festival was stopped by Marco. Much later she viewed Vegapunk's broadcast from Whole Cake Island.
