Appearance

Comil is a big, tall man whose head is bald on top while blond spikes flow down the back, a profile that recalls Shiki. Dark-skinned and mustached, he wears whiskers that look like the residue left after a glass of milk.

For dress he favors the senior Marine style: a double-breasted maroon suit worn above a green shirt of a darker shade, set off by a plain green necktie, and a Marine coat hangs from his shoulders in the manner of a cape.

Personality

Comil holds genuine concern for his subordinates, hurrying to help the man Ace rescued from the flames the instant he was able. He takes pleasure in small joys as well, grinning when Moda supplied milk that finally made the base's despised bitter coffee palatable. The brand of justice he upholds is termed Moderate Justice.

History

Holding the rank of vice admiral, Comil is able to help direct a Buster Call together with four others of his standing, and he commands the lower ranks at G-2; like all officers of his grade he wields Haki, and he carries a pair of katanas on his right hip. For a long stretch the meetings at his base suffered from foul coffee, a problem Ace witnessed firsthand after slipping into G-2 dressed as an officer. Ace's disguise was exposed, yet he salvaged the situation by reuniting the milkmaid Moda with her parents aboard the base's grocery ship, securing a dependable flow of milk and, at last, agreeable gatherings over decent coffee. Once Ace's execution was proclaimed, Comil obeyed the call to strengthen Marineford and took his place among the vice admirals prepared to battle the Whitebeard Pirates. Far later, he was left stunned while listening to Vegapunk's worldwide message reveal that an Ancient Weapon had leveled the Lulusia Kingdom.
