Doll carries the rank of Marine Vice Admiral and runs the G-14 base. Counted among the nine flag officers drawn into the Egghead Incident, she battles in a rock-themed style and acts as a minor antagonist through the Egghead Arc.
Standing tall, Doll has blue eyes set off by lengthy lashes, and her short black hair is worn with bangs. Her low-cut, short-sleeved black top carries the Marine mark on one sleeve and bares both her midriff and chest, paired with black leather trousers held by a brown belt whose buckle is shaped from a skull and crossed bones, plus knee-high black boots. Around her neck sits a spiked choker, hoops hang from her ears, small purple flowers are inked along her arms, and two golden bracelets ring each wrist. When she reports for duty, a Marine coat hangs from her shoulders, its sleeves capped in black cuffs.
She often reads as cold: when Helmeppo broke down over the abduction of his friend Koby, she told Tashigi to keep him quiet, and she snapped at Garp for commandeering Navy personnel without clearance. Even so, a softer side toward children surfaces, since she backed Vegapunk's wish to hang balloons on the G-14 branch so the Punk Hazard youngsters would feel calmer. Concern for those above her shows as well, as she pressed Saturn and Kizaru on their choice to stay behind on Egghead once a Buster Call loomed. Unusually, she refers to Borsalino by his given name rather than the epithet others use.
Over twenty-two years before the present, Doll answered to Vice Admiral Jaguar D. Saul. Holding the rank of Vice Admiral and command of G-14, she directs every lower officer in her branch and, when a Buster Call is raised, may receive ten warships to lead. Her raw power is no joke: one flying kick was enough to leave a dent in a Mark III Pacifista, she beat a giant senseless with nothing but her fists, and her chosen discipline is the Soul of Rock style. Its move, Rock 'n' Roll Blaster, channels advanced Armament Haki into a barrage of punches. She commands both the hardening and the ranged forms of Armament Haki, uses Geppo in the anime, and her sheer will let her withstand the Supreme King Haki of Joy Boy longer than most before she dropped.
Through the Egghead Arc she went to Tashigi about quieting Helmeppo, then locked horns with Garp over his unauthorized bid to free Koby. Joining the fleet that Saturn and Kizaru led to Egghead, she traded blows with Pacifistas, felt Saturn approach, and questioned Kizaru when the Buster Call kicked off. Boarding a Sea Beast Weapon beside Bluegrass, she went after the Giant Warrior Pirates and brought Kashii down with her Haki, only for Jewelry Bonney to shrink both her and Bluegrass into children, which left her seething. Once Emet loosed the Haki Joy Boy had stored, she was eventually felled along with the rest of the Marines. Returned to her real age, she and her fellow Vice Admirals later apologized to Saturn, then looked on aghast as he withered into a skeleton.
