Domino

Domino is a slender blonde whose long, wavy hair keeps a tuft draped over her right eye while sunglasses hide the left. Her outfit reworks the militaristic staff uniform into a short, double-breasted jacket in pale brown, worn dress-like atop a white shirt and black tie, rounded off by brown boots plus dark gloves that run far longer than what her colleagues wear. The standard prison cap completes the look. After the two-year gap she drops the white shirt, shows more skin with the tie still masking her cleavage, crops her hair shorter, and adds a white coat over the uniform. Drawings of her childhood show the same eye-covering style on shorter hair, a light sleeveless top, polka-dot shorts, and pale shoes as she plays soccer.

Discipline defines Domino, who once berated Magellan for lingering too long in the washroom. For all her sternness, she proved no more immune than the rest of the staff to Boa Hancock's looks, ending up unable to recall that she had skipped a thorough body search on the pirate empress.

Domino entered the story attempting to search Boa Hancock, who used her Mero Mero no Mi to turn the jailer to stone so that Luffy, clinging beneath her robe, stayed hidden. Restored and left puzzled about the lost moments, she escorted Hancock up to Magellan's office on Level Four. Roughly three hours ahead of Ace's execution, she found Magellan outside his washroom and warned him to ready Ace's move to Marineford, scolding the chief for a delay that could stain their record. She was last glimpsed handing Magellan a Den Den Mushi as the second wave of the breakout unfolded. The timeskip shook the prison's command structure, and Shiryu's defection to the Blackbeard Pirates left the Head Jailer seat open for Domino to fill. Among the high-ranking officers, she was the only one who never faced any of the escapees.
