History

Dotaku discussed the Kouzuki Family's coded message with Kojuro and another man, remarking that he would gladly fight were he ten years younger. He noted the trouble of arming a rebellion when only samurai could legally carry a katana, and observed that Orochi had stamped out organized resistance by outlawing every dojo and the combat training they offered. He went on to join the raid on Onigashima, fighting beside Kojuro, and when Kojuro began slipping under the effects of the Ice Oni, Dotaku urged him to cling to his sanity. He himself managed to keep fighting the forces of Onigashima while avoiding infection.
