It's On - The Special Operation to Bring Down Kaidou!

Blades cross when Inuarashi, ruler of the dog minks, locks weapons with the bandit Shutenmaru, and neither fighter can force an opening. While they trade cuts, Inuarashi states his reason for coming: he intends to honor the late Oden's ambition of taking the country back. A flaming strike from Kin'emon splits the two apart, and the bandit promptly walks off. His refusal is cold and simple. As he sees it, Kin'emon and his companions deserted Wano twenty years ago, and that abandonment makes him unwilling to back any plan today.

Away from the fight, inside the home that belongs to Hitetsu, the wounded Tama is tended by Chopper alongside a handful of mink physicians. She confesses that pure dread at the sight of Kaidou knocked her out, though apart from a few small scratches she came through unharmed. What the doctor says next shakes her: Luffy, he reveals, has been seized and dragged to the excavation grounds of Udon.

Grueling labor now defines Luffy's days. He is forced to drag massive stone slabs, earning one kibi dango for every batch of five he carries. The treat never makes it to his mouth, because Eustass Kid charges by, knocks it loose, and crushes it underfoot, his own furious speed piling a tower of dumplings at his feet. Inside the capital, a town crier announces bulletins about a string of outlaws while several of Kin'emon's people, among them Usopp and a couple of Heart Pirates, plant recruitment flyers so smoothly that many recipients credit a ghost. The reaction divides, with certain recruits hesitating and others ready to join.

Watching from above Orochi's mansion, Nami and Shinobu employ the rotting power of the Juku Juku no Mi to bore peepholes into the loft and observe his retainers, only to be detected and to barely escape as Shinobu loses her composure in fear. On Onigashima, a bitter meeting unfolds: the remaining All-Stars, King and Queen, scold Jack for the meager tribute brought back from Kuri, then snap viciously at one another. The adaptation broadens several moments, having Raizo inform Kin'emon that Luffy has been pinpointed, stretching the duel so Ashura's followers are flung aside and Kiku deflects an air slash, depicting Franky and Robin reading about Kamazo over soba, and letting Kin'emon halt the bout by force rather than a spoken order. New faces this episode include King and Queen, the turtle Kamekichi, and the retainers Ukon, Hidayu, Jujiro, Kojuro, Monjiro, Dotaku, Kakunoshin, Waruno Furishiro, and Akudai Kanzaburo.
