Drayke, called Sea Wolf and on occasion the Sage, leads the Drayke Pirates and serves as the chief antagonist in the video game Legend of the Rainbow Island. The Sage's Emblem is his to carry, one of a trio of tokens needed to undo the seal guarding the Rainbow Eye.
Drayke is an aging man who shapes his light gray hair into an inverted pyramid and sports a small mustache. The heart of his outfit is a gold-trimmed red coat with a high collar and white shoulder pads carved into wolf forms. Orange trousers and a blue shirt sit beneath it, and the moment he claims the emblem of the Rainbow Eye, it goes on display across his chest.
An overwhelming self-assurance drives Drayke, extending to both his own gifts and the talents of his crew. He treats finding the Rainbow Eye as already decided and cannot so much as imagine a loss to Luffy. Despite all that swagger, he turns out weaker than he assumes, going down to Dias in their one decisive bout.
Before the story opens, the Drayke Pirates storm Silver Arrow Island and capture a girl named Atoli, dragging her off to Loguetown, where she gets away. Chasing both Atoli and the scattered emblems, Drayke sends out underlings such as Kaabo, Garride, and Harry, even hiring Baroque Works for support, while ordering Pesca to track down records on the seal's Quest Words. Pesca brings back the documents and the recaptured Atoli alike, only for the Straw Hats to crash in; Drayke pulls out as his crew stalls them. He then cuts a deal with Atoli: if she can talk the others into surrendering their emblem, he will let the Straw Hats and Dias go unharmed. With his Sage's Emblem he reaches Rainbow Island and takes up quarters in Rainbow Castle.
When Dias will not surrender the Fisherman's Emblem, Drayke seizes Atoli again and imposes a deadline. He later springs an ambush on the pair after their escape, takes Dias' emblem, merges all three, and wrings the Scripture out of Atoli before the Straw Hats burst in. Forced back, he reaches the throne room and undoes the seal, yet Dias bests him in a final clash and drives him into the opened Rainbow Eye chamber. There he grasps the Rainbow Eye, only for the Rainbow King to seize control of his body, which leaves him shrieking with terror. Once the Straw Hats topple that entity out among the sand dunes, the possession lifts and Drayke regains himself. Beaten at last, he and his officers depart the island on a small raft.

Drayke, known as Sea Wolf or the Sage, is the chief antagonist of the video game Legend of the Rainbow Island. He leads the Drayke Pirates and holds the Sage's Emblem, one of three tokens needed to unlock the Rainbow Eye.
Drayke seeks to collect all three sealing emblems, including his own Sage's Emblem and the Fisherman's Emblem he takes from Dias, so he can undo the seal on the Rainbow Eye and claim its power for himself.
Dias defeats Drayke in a final one-on-one clash. After Drayke opens the Rainbow Eye and is possessed by the Rainbow King, the Straw Hats bring down that entity to free him from its control.
When Drayke grasps the Rainbow Eye after breaking its seal, the Rainbow King seizes control of his body, leaving him shrieking in terror until the Straw Hats defeat the entity and the possession lifts.
Drayke captures Atoli early on and uses her as leverage, later ambushing her and forcing her to reveal the Scripture needed to open the seal before the Straw Hats intervene.
