Known as Passionate Emma, she belongs to Kogyoku Village on Jail Island and is the daughter of Will. Her bond with Jackie, a boy raised in a Pro-Marine household, runs against her own Anti-Marine roots. She features in the One Piece: World Seeker game, where Luffy helps mend the rift.
Emma is a woman of ordinary build whose light brown hair is gathered into a sizable bun at the back of her head. For clothing she pairs a beige apron with a gray sweater, worn over a dark blue skirt that reaches the knee.
When the running feud between Isaac and the Straw Hats came up, Emma reacted with visible frustration, yet she willingly addressed Luffy's queries about what was happening. She tends to gamble for what she desires: hoping to slip away and marry, she asked Luffy to stage a kidnapping of herself and Jackie, and the two later tried the same naive trick on a different crew, a misjudgment that got them seized and very nearly sold into slavery. The political split between Marine backers and their opponents, a divide her father takes seriously, barely registers with her.
Emma turns up first in Steel City, talking outside with Jackie about the warden Isaac pulling out of the naval base, the pair guessing whether the Straw Hats had something to do with it. A stranger walks over to ask about the situation and where the warden could be found, and they direct him, unaware he is the Straw Hat captain Luffy. After learning his identity, Emma reunites with him in Kogyoku Village and begs him to spirit her and Jackie off to a faraway island so they can wed beyond their parents' reach.
Luffy declines. Brushing aside Jeanne's caution, Emma leaves a note for Will and makes for the port with Jackie, only to walk into a pirate crew that captures them and locks them in a warehouse to be enslaved. Luffy rescues the two, who escape back to the village. There Will, joined by Jackie's mother Eliza, digs in on keeping the couple apart, but Emma and Jackie argue otherwise, and with Luffy and Jeanne nudging both families toward valuing kin over faction, the parents come around. The couple afterward gathers with Will and Eliza at Konko Plaza and thanks Luffy for softening the villagers toward their relationship.
Known as Passionate Emma, she is a resident of Kogyoku Village on Jail Island in One Piece: World Seeker, and the daughter of a man named Will.
Emma asks Luffy to stage a kidnapping of herself and Jackie because she wants to escape her family and marry Jackie somewhere beyond her parents' reach.
Emma's father Will is a strong supporter of the Anti-Marine faction, and he initially refuses to let her be with Jackie, whose family is Pro-Marine, until Luffy and Jeanne help the families reconcile.
Jackie is the boy Emma loves, though he was raised in a Pro-Marine household while Emma comes from an Anti-Marine family, creating tension between the two households.
Emma's story ends happily: after Luffy rescues her and Jackie from pirates who nearly sold them into slavery, their families set aside their political differences and accept the couple's relationship.
